How can I see if the product I want to rent is available and how much it will cost me?

You can check the availability of the product you wish to return by selecting the start and end date from the calendar. Once the dates are selected, you will immediately see the rental cost for the selected period, as shown in the picture.

If the requested dates are not active/ cannot be selected, this means that the product to be rented is out of stock on these dates.
grey and crossed out dates = product cannot be rented on these dates.
blue, green and orange dates = the product is available for rental on these dates.

I don't understand the pricing, on the website it says 7-50 days 2.00 EUR per day but if I select 10 days it still shows a total of 30 EUR?

Calculation of 10 rental days:
The first 2 days are 5 EUR/day:
2 days x 5eur = 10eur
From the third to the sixth day EUR 3 per day:
4 days x 3 eur = 12 eur
From the seventh day until ... at EUR 2 per day:
4 days x 2 eur = 8 eur
10 days in total for 30 EUR

Can I also place a rental order when I arrive on site?

No, the rental order must be made in advance on the website.

Can I make a rental reservation by phone?

If for some reason (e.g. no e-mail address or no possibility to send an e-mail) it is not possible to place an order from the product order card, we also offer the possibility to send a message. The content of the message should be as follows.

How can I extend the rental period?

Renewal is only possible subject to product availability, which can be checked on the product card calendar.
In the event of failure to return on time and failure to inform the Renter, the Renter will be charged a double fee for the days exceeded, calculated on the basis of one day's rental of the product.

If I paid for the rental by bank transfer, can I get my deposit back in cash?

No, the deposit will be refunded by the payment method chosen at the time of rental.
For example, if you pay in cash, we will also return the deposit in cash. If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund the deposit by bank transfer.

How quickly will you return the deposit?

We usually return the same day as the goods are returned, but it can take up to 3 days (depending on the bank and the weekend). For those who pay in cash, we will of course refund immediately!

Can a rental order be returned on a holiday?

Returns can be made Mon-Fri As there is no physical shop/shop at this address, please arrange all visits by telephone in advance.

What does it mean that the Lessee must return the property in a clean condition?

This means that the property must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented.
The Lessee is obliged to inspect the leased Property properly before putting it into use and to make sure that it is in a suitable condition.
