How can I see if the product I want to rent is available and how much it will cost me?

You can check the availability of a product on the desired product's card by selecting the start and end dates from the calendar. Once the dates are selected, you will immediately see the rental cost for the chosen period.

If the requested dates are not active/ cannot be selected, this means that the product to be rented is out of stock on these dates.
grey and crossed out dates = product cannot be rented on these dates.
blue, green and orange dates = the product is available for rental on these dates.

I don't understand the pricing. The website says 1.50 EUR per day for 4-100 days, but if I select 7 days, it shows a total of 33 euros?

7 working days calculation process:
The first day is priced at 15 EUR/day:
From the second to the third day: €6 per day
2 days x €6 = €12
From the fourth day to the seventh day at a price of 1.5 EUR/day:
4 days x €1.50 = €6
Total 7 days for 33 EUR

Can I also place a rental order when I arrive on site?

No, the rental order must be made in advance on the website.

Can I make a rental reservation by phone?

If for some reason (e.g. no e-mail address or no possibility to send an e-mail) it is not possible to place an order from the product order card, we also offer the possibility to send a message. The content of the message should be as follows.

How can I extend the rental period?

Renewal is only possible subject to product availability, which can be checked on the product card calendar.
In the event of failure to return on time and failure to inform the Renter, the Renter will be charged a double fee for the days exceeded, calculated on the basis of one day's rental of the product.

If I paid for the rental by bank transfer, can I get my deposit back in cash?

No, the deposit will be refunded by the payment method chosen at the time of rental.
For example, if you pay in cash, we will also return the deposit in cash. If you paid by bank transfer, we will refund the deposit by bank transfer.

How quickly will you return the deposit?

We usually return the same day as the goods are returned, but it can take up to 3 days (depending on the bank and the weekend). For those who pay in cash, we will of course refund immediately!

Can a rental order be returned on a holiday?
